Online Registration is now closed. For those wishing to attend the conference, please register onsite onsite at the Adelaide Convention Centre from Sunday 21 August 11:00-17:00 and Monday 22 August to Wednesday 24 August 07:30-17:00. The registration desk is located in Foyer H, Adelaide Convention Centre. Enter via the main entrance from North Terrace via the escalators, lift or stairs.

Entitlements

The Welcome Reception Sunday 21 August 2016 and Conference Dinner Tuesday 23 August 2016 are an additional cost.

The Booth Staff registration fee includes attendance at the Welcome Reception, staffing the exhibition stand on either Monday 22 August 2016, Tuesday 23 August 2016 or Wedneaday 24 August 2016, morning/afternoon teas and lunch on one day, program book and satchel. The holder of a Booth Staff registration is not entitled to attend conference sessions.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation of Conference and workshops registration received on or before 1 August 2016 will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date. Cancellation of social tickets received on or before 1 August 2016 will will be refunded in full. No refunds will be made for cancellation of social tickets received after this date.

Cancellation of Workshops

In the event a workshop is cancelled by the organisers, delegates will receive a full refund of all workshop fees.

Insurance

Insurance, including medical cover and expenses incurred in the event the Conference is cancelled, is your responsibility. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation, should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Conference Secretariat will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.

Disclaimer

In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference Organisers cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The program is correct at the time of printing, but the Conference Organisers reserve the right to alter the program if and as is deemed necessary.

Liability

The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents or losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.

This is a free event sponsored by ASEG-PESA-AIG 2016 – student packages are valued at over $150 per student.

We have places for 50 students and 10 teachers to attend the Student Day Event.
